The Full Ride (8–24 guests)

Ninety minutes, three ways to explore the Distillery District. Roll out on Segways, stretch your legs on a guided walk, then finish with a premium tasting. Built for offsites that want a little adventure and a lot of smiles. People love our Segways for a reason - discover a different kind of fun with your team in our backyard - the Distillery District.

Teams under 8 people can book our standalone Segway tour - all the fun of the Distillery District ride without the additional activities. Mention this preference in your quote request.

We split your group into rotating pods (up to 8 per pod) so everyone gets time on the Segways, the guided walking route, and at our tasting partner. Zero waiting around, all momentum.

These are the questions corporate planners often ask us when planning their Toronto corporate activities.

We can often accommodate same-week events for our Walking tours, and small Segway Tours, with a 15% last-minute fee to ensure fair compensation for our tour guides. Need an urgent booking? Call us direct at (416) 677-3831.

Book 2-3 weeks ahead for best availability on corporate activities and events. Need a rush? We can almost always make it work (read above). Spring and fall dates fill up faster, so book early during those seasons.

We specialize in intimate team experiences of 8-24 people, but regularly work with executive teams from 3-8 and larger corporate retreats up to 100 guests. Since 2005, we've customized memorable events for thousands of corporate groups and events both in the Distillery District and at downtown Toronto conference centres + hotels.

Most of our Distillery District corporate activities and employee team building events run 1.5-3 hours. If you need an express experience - contact us to learn about our 1 hour short-walking tour + tasting option.

For Segway events we will convert to a walking or tasting experience and refund the difference. If you've booked a walking/tasting tour we'll keep it mostly indoors! There are many indoor public areas in the Distillery District - and most of them are never explored by visitors - so your group get a first-hand view of hidden corners while staying dry.

Most of our food partners offer vegetarian options - and we can offer alcohol-free options with advanced notice. We work closely with our partners to ensure all dietary needs are taken care of - just let us know what you need and we'll find out.

Tipping is optional but always appreciated. Most corporate clients tip 10-20%. Our guides provide 1-3 hours of dedicated, personalized service to ensure your team has an exceptional experience. For convenience we've added a 10% & 15% option when you submit an event request, though many corporate clients prefer to add a tip afterward - which we can easily do.

100% of gratuities go directly to the guides - it's a great way to recognize the expertise and effort that goes into creating your team's experience.

Absolutely! Many corporate retreats and conferences choose our experiences as breakout activities. We're conveniently located near major downtown Toronto hotels and convention centers, making us perfect for half-day offsites during your conference. We can coordinate timing with your conference schedule and recommend nearby restaurants for post-activity dining. Several of our downtown Toronto team building activities work well as conference add-ons - many groups love our Prohibition and Spirits tour to unwind after a day inside.

Our specialty is Distillery District events and Old Town Toronto, but we arrange Toronto group activities in other neighborhoods like Yorkville, Toronto's Waterfront, and Bay Street. For corporate events outside our core area, we offer custom walking tours - perfect for a mid-day stretch at lunch. Most corporate clients prefer our Distillery District events for the unique atmosphere, walkable routes, and our deep local expertise in Canada's most historic entertainment district. But we're happy to work with your needs to deliver a memorable and engaging tour or experience. Just ask!
