We recommend booking 4-6 weeks ahead for spring and fall field trips, though we can often accommodate shorter notice.
Popular dates (May-June, September-October) book earliest. Contact us as soon as you have your preferred dates to secure availability.
Minimum 15 students required for school group rates:
- 1-hour tours: $15 + HST per student
- 2-hour tours: $25 + HST per student
Teachers and chaperones tour free (1 adult per 10 students included).
We understand school group numbers fluctuate. Final headcount can be confirmed up to 48 hours before your tour date.
We're flexible with reasonable changes and will adjust pricing accordingly.
Maximum 20 students per guide. Larger groups are split into smaller walking groups with multiple guides for better engagement and safety.

Tours meet at 11 Gristmill Lane in the Distillery District.
Paid parking is available nearby for buses, and we'll provide detailed arrival instructions with your booking confirmation including GPS coordinates and driver directions.
Tours run rain or shine! We have covered areas throughout both neighbourhoods and provide backup indoor activities if needed.
We'll only cancel for severe weather conditions (thunderstorms, heavy snow). If we cancel, you receive a full refund or can reschedule.
