Probably! We accommodate same-week bookings for walking tours and small Segway tours regularly. Easiest thing: call us at (416) 677-3831 and we'll tell you what's available right now.
Two to three weeks gives us plenty of room to get your preferred date, time, and tasting partners confirmed. If you're booking during May, June, September, or October those are our busiest months and popular time slots go fast. December fills up early too because of the Distillery Winter Village. The sooner you reach out, the more flexibility we have.
Walking tours keep going. The Distillery District has covered walkways, indoor galleries, and sheltered courtyards that most visitors never see. Our guides actually love rainy days because the cobblestone streets empty out and you get the whole neighbourhood to yourselves. For Segway events, we'll convert to a walking and tasting experience and refund the difference. If conditions are genuinely unsafe, we'll call you ahead of time with a full refund or reschedule.
This is what we do best. We'll time your event around your conference agenda, whether that's a morning energizer before sessions, a lunch-hour stretch in Yorkville, or an after-hours Prohibition tour to close out the day. We're a 10-minute streetcar ride from the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and walking distance from most downtown hotels. Tell us your schedule and we'll find the right slot.
Yes. Most of our tasting partners offer vegetarian options, and we can arrange alcohol-free alternatives with advance notice. If you have specific allergies in your group, let us know when you book and we'll confirm with each partner directly. We've handled vegan groups, gluten-free requests, and halal requirements. The more notice you give us, the more options we can offer.
Distillery District events meet at our location at 11 Gristmill Lane. The easiest way in is the King Streetcar (TTC), but there's also paid parking in the district and several lots nearby on Mill Street and Cherry Street. Yorkville tours meet at a central location we'll share when you book. If your group is arriving by charter bus, let us know and we'll coordinate the drop-off point.
Absolutely. We send a proper invoice with your quote confirmation, and we can format it however your accounting team needs. We accept credit card, e-transfer, and cheque. If your company requires a PO number on the invoice, just include it in your booking details and we'll add it. We deal with corporate finance departments every week.
Yes, and groups love this. A common setup: half your team does the Prohibition & Spirits tour while the other half does the Walking + Tasting, then everyone swaps stories over dinner. For The Full Ride, the rotation system is already built in. Pods of 8 rotate between Segway, walking, and tasting so the whole group is always active. Tell us your group size and we'll suggest the best split.
Totally optional, always appreciated. The calculator above gives you 10%, 15%, and 20% options that get added pre-tax. You can also add a gratuity to your final invoice after the event, which many corporate clients prefer. Either way, 100% goes directly to your guides. They put in 1-3 hours of dedicated work to make your event great.
Reschedule for free with 24+ hours notice. Full refund with 24+ hours notice. Inside 24 hours, we charge a 15% rebooking fee because our guides are already committed. Travel delays and weather cancellations? We waive the fee entirely. We've been doing this since 2005 and we understand things come up. Just call us and we'll sort it out.
