2024 Distillery District Winter Village Opening Hours

 

The Distillery Historic District shops, restaurants and cafés open at 10 a.m. and close at 9pm or 10pm depending on the day.  The 2024 Winter Village is open seven days a week.

The Distillery Winter Village (formerly known as the Distillery Christmas Market) outdoor shopping cabins and food vendors will be open each day starting at 10 am, Monday to Sunday.

Cabin vendors will be closed on Christmas along with most businesses.

Tickets are required from 4 PM onwards on:

  • Wednesday, November 13th (Tree Light Ceremony, proceeds will go to charity)
  • Thursday – Sunday starting on November 14th
  • December 12th – 31st

The 2024 Distillery District Winter Village Starts on November 13th

Tickets are required for the tree lighting ceremony on November 13th after 4pm.

If you want to save some $$, Monday – Wednesdays are free all day long.  Or visit on Thursday – Sunday before 4pm to avoid paying for a ticket.

Anyone with a restaurant, tour, or theatre reservation will gain access during ticketed times without needing to purchase a Winter Village ticket.

January 5th – The 2024/25 Distillery Winter Village Closes

All good things come to an end – but the Distillery Winter Village is giving you a few extra days to celebrate with 5 days in January.

Public Transit is the best option for an easy entry to the Winter Village.  King Street Station is your best option for onboarding. Hop off at Parliament and King and walk 5 minutes south on Parliament to find the Distillery District’s west entrance.

If you’re in Toronto, we also recommend cycling or scootering on warmer days.  The Esplanade bike lane extends east to Mill Street and there’s plenty of bicycle parking in the area.
